I’ve been postponing this post for a while. I’m afraid I fall prey too often of this procastination flowchart (found by chance, traced back to what it looks like the original source here ).
This is what I do best: The procastination flowchart

This is pretty awesome. However, don’t discount all the procrastination options (procrastinoptions, if you will) that are available offline. For three to four hours on any given day in my office I’m: walking up and down the stairs aimlessly; “cleaning” my desk; hanging around the kitchen to see if anyone else is down to waste time with me; making sticky notes of things ‘to do’; rearranging bookshelves; rearranging furniture; re-potting plants; etc. And don’t forget the classic, staring out the window at nothing. I guess what I’m trying to say is you might need a bigger chart….
this is pretty funny because it actually helped me! I needed to stop procrastinating and write up a flow chart but I just could get my head around how I was going to do it. Thanks for the inspiration
The whole point of the flowchart is “i’ll do it later” . This is a good one. Thanks for sharing!
